GEOSPATIAL EVIDENCE · OPERATIONAL MAPPING

Fast enough for operations.
Conservative enough for evidence.

A bilingual, static-first operational mapping package built around official Copernicus Emergency Management Service products and explicit evidence boundaries.

ROLE
Product, data & geospatial engineering
OUTPUTS
CSV · GeoJSON · KML · browser console
SAFETY
Official facts separated from model candidates

THE PRODUCT CONSTRAINT

Publish useful operational context without presenting model output as verified damage.

The system ingests official source products, validates counts against their tables, and creates portable outputs for browser and field workflows. A static-first architecture keeps the primary evidence surface inexpensive and resilient.

Model-assisted candidates live in a separate review path. The interface and documentation preserve the distinction between official observations, operator notes, and machine suggestions.

01

Provenance

Every official count and geometry stays connected to the source product.

02

Portable operations

CSV, GeoJSON, and KML outputs support different field and analysis workflows.

03

Evidence boundary

Model candidates are review inputs, not declarations of real-world damage.

04

Delivery discipline

Browser QA, performance budgets, deployment checks, and handoff material are part of the package.
